Founder and CEO Ed Clark has collaborated with insurance clients since 1976. He specializes in Medicare and fixed investments. Reflective of his love of being outside in the Pacific Northwest, he enjoys deep satisfaction in sharing his vast expertise with clients. 

Since 1996, Noelle has been helping individuals navigate Medicare health plan options. An independent broker, she represents strong, reputable insurance companies. She takes pride in leveraging her solution-oriented strengths to provide clients with supportive insurance options for their lifestyle.

Cissy has been writing commercial lines insurance since 1994. She specializes in helping smaller to medium-scale businesses find affordable, practical insurance. Cissy is a valuable asset to her clients, dedicating her proven analysis skills to strengthen their business.

Chris is a native Salem Oregonian. After a fourteen-year career in the insurance business, he has been at Ed Clark Insurance since 2018. Chris specializes primarily in Medicare and senior investments and finds fulfillment in applying his expertise to meet his client's particular needs.
